January 14, 2008

Opening:
The annual meeting of the Saxony Condominium Association was called to order at 7:00 PM on January 14, 2008 at Pine Lake Covenant Church.

Board Members and Representatives Present: Adam Bresson (President), Phillip Ramey (Secretary), Tricia Simon (Member-at-Large), Marcel Scheel (SUHRCO), Val Dorman (Wysong), Jeff Wysong (Wysong), Jeff Matthews (Wysong)
Quorum? Yes

Roll Call

  • Quorum was established

Proof of Notice of Meeting

  • Notice of meeting was sent to homeowners on January 4, 2008

  • Accomplishments of 2007
  • Review of ongoing items for 2008

Election of Directors

  • Five (5) nominations submitted

    • Phillip Ramey

  • Vote on the floor to elect the five (5) nominees passed by majority

Adjournment:
Meeting was adjourned at 8:00 PM. The next general meeting will be held at 7:00 PM on February 11, 2008 at the Saxony Clubhouse.
