Annual Meeting Reminder
This is a reminder that the Annual Saxony Owners Association meeting will be taking place Monday, November 8, 2010 at 7:00 PM. This year’s meeting will be located at the Saxony Clubhouse.
IMPORTANT: The annual meeting requires a quorum of 25% of the association membership. If you will not be able to attend, please complete the proxy form (download below) and drop it off at Saxony Club House so that someone else that will be in attendance may vote on your behalf.

Upcoming Project: Parking lot repair, coating and striping
In June we will be performing maintenance on the entire parking area. This maintenance will consist of asphalt repairs on various parts of the parking lot, seal coating the entire lot, re-striping the entire lot, as well as painting curbs.
A specific date for the beginning of the project has not been determined however it is likely it will come with only a few days notice. Weather is a factor in determining if the project can commence or not.
When dates are determined and the project begins, please look for notices on a daily basis to see if the contractor will be working near your vehicle. It may be necessary that your vehicle needs to be moved to another location on the property on a certain day.
We require the cooperation of everyone to ensure this project is completed as quickly and efficiently as possible. We thank everyone in advance and please inform management of any questions you may have.
