The monthly HOA meetings will once again be taking place on the 2nd Monday of each month. Please check the Upcoming Meetings list for exact details.
The City of Sammamish will be holding a recycling event this spring on April 25, 2009 at Eastlake High School. For full details, please visit the event page.
UPDATE: The board meeting has been rescheduled for March 17th at 7:00 PM at the Saxony club house.
Due to weather and Board member availability, the March meeting will not be occurring tonight, March 9, 2009. We are currently looking to reschedule to a later date this month and will post the updated date once confirmed.

The annual homeowner’s association meeting is scheduled for December 7, 2008 at 1:30 PM. This year’s meeting will be held at the Sammamish Library.

One of the items initiated by the 2007 Saxony HOA Board was the adoption of a Rental Cap Agreement. The above Rental Cap Agreement documents were drafted at the request of the Board and as part of the process of moving forward with this, we are posting these documents on the Saxony HOA website for community review.
