Question:  What are the repair needs of the association? Is my unit directly affected?

Question:  Is there a rental cap or rental restrictions? 

Answer: No, but proper rental procedures need to be followed.

Question:  FHA approved?

Answer: Yes, until February 2018.

Question:  VA approved? 

Answer: Yes.

Question:  Does the unit have a parking space number and or a storage unit?

Question:  Are the reserves being funded properly? How much is in the reserves?

Answer: Reserves are in compliance with the last reserve study.   The board will adjust reserves based on suggestions from future studies.

Question:  What can I do if I have two cars and only one spot for parking?
