It is great to see everyone out and walking their pets these nice sunny days!  Just a friendly reminder that owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pet and for any damage caused by their pet or

by the pets of their tenant, guests, tenant’s guest, etc. Local ordinances regarding cleaning up

after pets applies to all pet owners. Soiled pet litter must be securely bagged in a plastic bag and

carried directly to the dumpster.
