The Board has been diligently working with The Soltner Group, Inc. to complete building investigations, scope of repairs and solicit bids from contractors to repair the building defects. The Board has elected to hire Remco Deacon as the contractor to make the remediation repairs to the buildings. The scope of repair includes the plaza, garage, and interior repairs on the C, D and E buildings; new roofs, window flashing and chimney re-framing for the A through G buildings; complete repainting, waterproofing of all decks; and, exhaust vent repairs on all buildings.
